August 02, 2019 The Yip Lab has been awarded a multi-national, collaborative National Science Foundation (NSF) grant to study nutrient recovery and pharmaceutical degradation of urine! The project title is "Sustainable Decentralized Wastewater Management: Simultaneous Nutrient Recovery and Pharmaceutical Degradation of Source-Separated Urine", and involves collaborators from Vanderbilt University and Harbin Institute of Technology.
