The Yip Lab, teaming up with the Billinge Lab (Applied Physics and Applied Math, APAM) has been awarded Research Initiatives in Science and Engineering (RISE) funding. The program targets interdisciplinary faculty teams primarily from the basic sciences, engineering, and/or medicine to pursue extremely creative and early-stage, high-risk projects.
